Morning Yorkshire, 5.5 miles done this morning but it feels about double that because the wind is so strong. I can now justify cake eating and beer drinking for the rest of the day.

Glad you´re feelingbetter. I´ve just done 6.1. Thewind is still v. strong - when I´m running into it I am doing about 2 mins per mile slower than my normal pace according to Mr Garmin. And there´s lots ofrunning into it.
