Only managed 7.25 miles (slowly) in the end because I ran out of water, but it was a lovely place to run if there had been more shade.
Haddi :-) Jul 2008 6:01pm, 21 Jul 2008 353 posts	Haddi :-) had two rest days since last run and really enjoyed them, cycled to work today in the sun along the prom, you cannot belive the view to the lake district when the weathers nice. Just getting ready to play football, first time for 2 years:) sincei started running but my mate needs a goalkeeper so i said i'd help out:) i'll pay for it tomorrow with the aches and pains, hopefully the new memory foam matress will help:) won't be running as much this week as i got a 10k on sunday and i wouldn't mind a good time.:):)
