Haddi :-) Jul 2008 10:49am, 19 Jul 2008 344 posts	Haddi :-) intervals today, very hard work 4x800m 3,22 3,13 3,14 3,18 with around 2.5 miles warm up and cool down. very hard work with wind in face for the intervals, feel very tired now and hve decided not to run tomorrow and take 2 days off, more fetchie time:):)
