I've already got wet at my swimming lesson today. Mainly internally from breathing in & swallowing too much water, so I'll run tomorrow
SODIron © 2002 Jul 2008 2:17pm, 5 Jul 2008 2,358 posts	SODIron © 2002 I opted for the gym today as it was tipping it down where I live....1K warm-up, then into a temp run (just over 4 miles in 30 mins), 1K cool-down followed by weights and stretching. If it fairs up later I might sneak out for a little 4 mile recovery run
