SODIron © 2002 Jul 2008 8:38am, 4 Jul 2008 2,325 posts	SODIron © 2002 Got a good day planned....work this morning (well a morning of handing things over and hanging around Fetch)...5-a-side at lunch, then the gym later this afternoon followed by an easy 2 mile recovery run I think I might do a nice and easy 12.5 LSR tomorrow...and then intervals on Sunday...we'll see. :o)

I'm staying there overnight, will hopefully get a run in in the morning, probably along the canal, if not the hotel has a gym and a pool so might swim instead. Then down to the Peak District for the wedding, I'll get there early to get my tent up and change once I've done that, then lots of partying. On Sunday the plan is to go for a trail run in the Peak District, I've printed off a couple of possible routes, one of which goes right past the farm where the wedding is. Although it does rather depend on the state of my hangover... Why do I know it's going to start pouring tomorrow at the precise moment I start trying to put the tent up?
