Haddi :-) Jun 2008 9:34pm, 30 Jun 2008 236 posts	Haddi :-) was going to go out after work today but after yesterdays run i feel tired and my ankles are sore when i flex them i 'll go out tomorrow before my night shift but i have little haddi's sports day first (no proper races or dads race )

Not too keen on trail races YP...they play havoc with my hayfever and the narrow paths and uneven surface make it hard going if/when you get held up!
