I am doing Notts HM on the same day as Yorkshire HM. This will be my toughest as its quite hilly... just a bit weary about it after my problems with Newark HM

but you must be due a good race then? :)
your training seems to be going well

yorkshireman is off road so not accurately measured and it's a new start and finish this year cos of some work going on at the usual spot

I love the race - it's tough, scenic and sociable :)
and there's fab cake after
and it's when the girlies get together for the weekend

Dave - I dont need pacing but I could do with a piggy back!;-)

As I am so busy with small childs party tomorrow please accept my apologies but I bought cakes! I got the mini smartie cakes for the little ones (they are very yummy so you will have to keep them away from me!), I will try and remember to bring a small candle so I can stick it in a smartie cake for k so we can sing Happy Birthday.

Spent ages this morning before work getting all the music ready for her party tomorrow, two and a half hours of kids party music :-) Found loads of stuff I had forgotten about on itunes - daren't look to see how much I spent, we have startrekkin, Ooops up side your head, who let the dogs out and loads loads more. Tested it at work this morning and despite them all saying how bad it was they all had great grins on their faces and knew most of the moves and the words ;-)

Got some more to do on K's new pc tonight so will pop in and out as I can.

Tiggia - if I am not too late hope you have a good weekend camping and the weather is kind to you.

I have finished one race on a track.... very bouncy and I had problems with the inside curb, kept clipping it. So must remember to run in the middle of the lane
