*wonders if BT parental control will work on the track?* *wonders if k should be kept in the car till her mother has checked out said weirdo's (note correction to spelling)* If I can't run on Sunday can I still come and walk the mile please? I am struggling with stairs at the mo and to be honest think the knee is actually tender to the touch but I don't want to miss out. Would that bugger up Cavey's spreadsheet too much? If I start walking when the first race sets off I might have finished by the time the last race has finished! Forgot - got an email today my FERC membership has been approved  (Think I found a new icon there!) Just in time for me not to be able to run
