you are doing six miles in the morning - is that not running? If I didnt have to hobble down two flights of stairs I would go get some chocolate flapjack out of the fridge!

That's one advantage of having a dodgy knee. Many is the time when I've gone upstairs and set the burglar alarm downstairs to keep me away from the treats that lurk in the kitchen...

we are talking two flights of stairs and it bloody hurts a lot *wonders if she can persuade hubby to come upstairs with one and a fresh cup of coffee*

you must be posh yorkie, hls as i only have 1 flight of stairs and i usually have a mug of tea or coffee :) do you stick you little pinky out when you drink too;)

I have two flights of stairs because we extended up into the loft, you should see the size of this office, we extended on the side of the house and the office is the length of the house with the biggest dormer window I have ever seen, it is big enough to fit one of my desks in sideways. the other one is the other way on, I have two cupboards, a filing cabinet and two sets of rolling drawers and I still dont have enough space for everything! Hubby and K have a train set EACH, there is a Tv and a rowing machine and loads of junk up here as well. Why do you think it took me two days to find my desk? :-)

We aint posh at all, I meant mug and no I dont stick my finger out with tea (which I drink very strong with hardly any milk) like a proper Yorkshire cuppa tea should be!!
