hls Aug 2008 8:12pm, 21 Aug 2008 734 posts	hls no miles done at all this week and from the feel of this knee none for some time to come! Cant kneel on it at all. Tried the physio, ibuprofen and not wearing my heels and no good. Might as well feel like me in my heels if I am goign to suffer anyway! Am thinking of going for a walk in the morning to see if it will walk off, have been putting in that much overtime (unpaid) this week I am spending most of my time sat down which is no good. Ooops - need another system restart. Back soon.
