i am coming on Sunday and bringing mini hlsweb. I will try and remember a birthday cake for mini hlsweb as well as her birthday is next week. Apparently she has told her grandparents there is no way she can run a mile but I reassured her and told her it was only 400m for kids and not to worry cos Mummy can only just walk at the mo so may not manage the mile either! My new FETCH top came today so at least I will look the part even if I cant join in. Despite the three hours overtime I have already put in today I have about another three hours work to do so may not get back in here tonight and am sorry to anyone on Facebook who is waiting for me to take my turn at Scramble  Take care all, you must nearly be at 3000 posts by now! |

Yorkshire Pie (YP1)
I was out running in the rain! Proper rain too, none of that drizzly stuff. 7.1 miles at just over 8mm pace, and it felt gooood once I'd got warmed up.

I now have a fetch crop top and shorts to add to my t-shirt, but not sure I should inflict my stomach on everyone at the Yorkshire Mile, it might put you all off your cake.
