hls Aug 2008 7:29pm, 18 Aug 2008 634 posts	hls Dont think it is an injury, think it is weather related. I have had it for years, whenever gets very cold and damp knee goes. Had physio for it at beginning of year and that worked but sheer amount of rain last few days I am surprised the house hasn't floated off. As long as I revert to flats (devil shoes!) I should be okay but dont think I dare run on it for a few days. Worse case scenario I will bring small child to race on Sunday whilst I console myself with cake! wonders if she will have to tackle officer dave who may be guarding the cake Tried to kneel on floor at work this morning to stick my head under the desk and nearly ended up on the ceiling it hurt so much! Still managed to console myself with choccie biccies in the absence of a decent bit of cake. Perhaps it was all that shredding I did over the weekend - a new injury - shredders knee! Must be the shock of finally finding my office desk at home after over a year of it being buried, that or the laptop was so overused and abused on here on Saturday night and on Facebook as well it damaged my knee! Who knows.
