morning all. am waiting for small child to get out of the shower so I can take her and her chicken pox to grandma and grandads for the week, should be setting off now and we still have the rigmarole of getting dressed and teeth brushed before I can even set off! I am not very maternal :-)

Have rushed round like an idiot tidying up after her and the house still looks like a bomb hit it - will take me all week to get this back to normal by which time she will be home again and have created chaos again in less than 5 minutes! Why do I bother. :-)

May pop on at lunchtime depending on workload. If not see you later tonight. Hope you all have a good day.

Morning Yorkshire, I'm feeling a bit more awake this morning :) Legs don't feel too bad, I swam for about half an hour before work to get them moving. I'll decide whether I'm running tonight later, but it's looking more promising than I expected.

Hi all. Not sure when I will get out running this week as my knee is killing me, the ankle and shins are fine but cant bear to put any weight on my knee when kneeling and walking dont feel too good either. The good news is that during the mammoth clear out of the office I found the physio's list of exercises. Unfortunately this wet weather doesn't help and there has been so much rain in York this past two days I am seriously thinking of getting a wet suit!! ;-)

Small child safely deposited at the grandparents again for a few days but because she is poorly didnt want me to come to work - what a rotten mother I am but I did feel bad leaving her.

Well done to everyone who raced yesterday, I am sure there are a few aches and pains out there today but you all did well. I would love to have joined you but am too unfit and the shredder was calling! :-)

Afternoon all - just popping my head around the door to say "Hi"...I'm down in Norwich again today and won't get back up to Yorkshire until around 10PM tonight so I'll be off-line most of the day.

Have a good 'un y'all....speak soon :-)

think the double posting must be infectious haddi :-)

Nope not even finished shredding all my own stuff yet!! Still have a two drawer filing cabinet to clean out but as that is hidden from sight behind the drawers it can wait a little longer.

Have fun in Norfolk SOD, not the best of roads to be travelling on as I have family down there still.

Believe it or not I was dreaming about next Sunday last night (perhaps I should call it a nightmare!), am looking forward to it but it will be odd putting names and faces to these anonymous chats!
