If your coach thinks he can get you under 38 then have faith, 6 min mile is only a figure and you need to put that out of your mind. :-)

Morning Carl. I was out for a 7 miler eariler. Decided to do a run without breakfast, see how I felt. Luckily I was fuelled from the mixed grill (posh kebab) from last night.
