had emailed ilkley harriers a couple of times but never dared go, Chromey is a baildon runner so she was kind enough to hold my hand when I decided to go!

Will do NSC, was even thinking of getting train to Leeds and running back on the canal, think it is about 17 miles to Bingley

haddi, my weakness is not facebook but chocolate and cake. Facebook challenges my brain and exercises that, as well as letting me know what my mates are up to ;-)
