hurray, a bit of decent telly - Armageddon, quick pass me the tissues!! Aerosmith song is one of my all time faves.
Trust me, the arse is not worth following at the moment though that is one of the reasons for the diet which was working and has just gone a little adrift this past few days. I personally blame this topic cos all it ever talks about is cake! 
I am concerned that I seem to have forsaken Facebook for this website these days, which means my word scores have fallen drastically on their word games.
I have so many things I am supposed to be doing right now but cannot seem to get up the go to get said arse from sofa. It is too comfortable, in fact, I think I will have to chuck all these empty sweet wrappers on the floor get the tissues ready and put my feet up now.
Anyone seen any decent films lately? Run Fat Boy Run is responsible for my starting running by the way, our kid saw it and thought it would be a good idea for us to do a Cancer Research 10k and I agreed after a lot of thought, yet when I asked him if he had his entry pack yet today he went all coy on me. I think perhaps I have been conned here!!

well they wont let anything worth while come to the real north will they! I think we should have the next FETCH yorkshire mile in York!but then not sure if we have a decent venue - bloody council keep selling everything off.

I went to see Mama Mia a couple of times the other week, that is so funny. Not seen Caspian or Angus Tongs. One of best films I saw at pics this year was the Bucket List. That is a good film.
Think I might nip for a quick bath before it gets to the good bit in Armageddon and no Pammie and the Hoff dont need to go on standby this time thanks Haddi
