does anyone want to help and take these two chinese gymnasts of my calfs, they seem to have taken up lodgings in them, i never had a problem like this even after flm, i think it was the sprint training i did yesturday10x 200 sprints.

Swap you for a child with chicken pox and explaining to her why she cant go to her best friends birthday party tomorrow! Not been a good day and still not got the bottle up to tell her and she has gone to sleep now - mind you I did ask Daddy to do the dirty deed for a change.

she had better be better for next week - it's her own birthday party the day before and it cost a fortune! Suppose worse case I could postpone it if I have to. She doesnt seem to be scratching touch wood (mind you I itch everywhere since they told me! and I have never had it!) she had it when she was about four months old and was very mild, this time looks just to be her back and a few on her legs, luckily none on her gorgeous face! (looks for something to cover mynails or I wont have any skin left in a mo! Where are the mittens!)
Just seen that the Fetch tops may be back in stock on Wednesday, bet that means they wont be here in time for the 1 miler though - shame, just signed up for another 10k at the end of October, might be being a bit ambitious there but it will make me get out of bed and keep training on a morning! (pauses to scratch some more)
Bit off topic but does anyone know what happened to the Olympic diving - I was sure it was supposed to be on today?

lost my last post? Was saying that in the race I did the other night the kids managed to do 1 mile in 4.47 and the slowest was still only 12.30 for a four year old. (wonder how I will feel being beaten by a four year old!)
