I'm resting on the Saturday, I'm over in St Annes visiting family/picking up the dog. I do sometimes go out for a run along the seafront while I'm there, but I think I'll give it a miss so I'm fully rested and ready to go.

Also, I don't know whether I'll have recovered from Belper enough to move my legs by then...

Just got back from a slow and easy 6 miler....:-)

I'm doing a hard interval on the Friday before, then a core session on the Saturday...the 1 mile run in Leeds then an easy 7 miles planned when I get back home!!! That should keep me busy for a couple of days ;-)

Gah! Chocolate crisis. They hadn't got my order. Should be sent out tonight though, just means i might not get chance for a trial run before doing the mile chocs.
