Sodiron - best not to get between me and cake it isnt a nice pictire! Small child once tried to stop me buying shoes and was told in no uncertain terms that she should not interfere, and if they were pointy toed really high heels then she should definitely not interfere!! Same goes for bags and chocolate!!

I am a SPOD and I am proud of it!!

Some more medals have arrived.....and race numbers :)

I have 36 participants on my list, which neatly makes 3 races of 12, although if any lurkers want to get involved there is always space in my spreadsheet and spare medals.

Not sure of how many kids will be coming, or what distance they want to run. We can arrange that on the day, once the serious business has been taken care of........cutting up the cake into Cavey-sized portions!!

I was chatting to NSC about the logistics of time keeping, and thought it would be easier if people had numbers. They are only the very basic card type that came in a pack of 100. But if you're going to have a proper race you need a number pinned on you ;)
