Hello. I cycled to foodbank and back today and walked to the postbox - I’m claiming it all as training

Hi πŸ‘‹ everyone hope all are well

I've been in the process of signing up for a short while but Lord Fetch advised hanging on a month or so until the new membership year, therefore I'm still not officially a member yet so keeping myself quiet for now (you'll thank me later πŸ˜† )

Late greetings!

Also loving the lighter mornings and evenings. Although I still ended up running in the dark and damp last night.

Legs feeling a bit niggly at the moment so trying to be sensible.

Got something to say?
