Thanks Garfield. Can’t get close to pigeon at the moment. Can’t get my right ankle across past my left knee.

Right ankle just needs to sit on left knee...flex foot to ceiling, pressing right ankle towards the front of the room/away from yourself. That's when you'll feel the stretch on the outside of the thigh/IT band plus a glute sensation as a bonus.
