How are we doing so far? medal s for

Ness, Ashby 20 -HUGE peebee star
GM - 5k run without a walk ✅ star
star StuH - 100 miles 💯 in one go medal
Rosehip, slightly less slow Lakeland 50 (sub 20?) - 19hr44 :)
AndyS -post Covid PBs bunting :)

FERC Goals for 2022 -

GM - run a full 10K
Garfield- a speedy 5K
AndyS - Run 1km without stopping and a Sub-35 parkrun
Minimag - a flush of peebees
Kstuart- racing standard 50%
Pothunter -70% for a parkrun
Cheeky’s dad - a marathon to be proud of *Chester-October*
Sampson -sub 20 parkrun
Hally- run more, fetch more, get to GNR
Mulbs - consistently run 4 times a week.

September Oranj first race in Fetchcolours
October
Ness - Chester marathon- sub 5

Cheeky’s Dad - Chester - be proud of it
Agingtractor -sub 5 at the Chicago marathon
