The list says 44 - so I guess we'll get 30-35? I'm happy for 100's - although I'm bloody slow... I need 26.1 miles to get going |

If we had time we could do something like London Track Summer Championships. Races over different distances after the mile. 400m, 800m, 100m etc with a 200m or a 400m relay to finish

Woodley - are we having our 100m sprint-off then??! Haven't we got a score to settle?? I'll bring my spikes! LOL. Actually I haven't raced in a 100m race since the O2 thingy last year. |

I haven't raced in a 100m race since school and I've never done one on the track...so I'd be interested to see what I could do...just worried about pulling a muscle etc.
