You can look at mcmillan calculators online, and enter your time for a short race you've done....
Or at the end of the day, run pretty much as fast as you can!

Last time I was planning on gonig for 9mm. Then I got talked into going for 8mm (as bloody if) then JEJ paced me and I ended up with 7:41. Go figure.

Hmmm - last time in Dec I did 6:55.... fitter now but 3 weeks after a mara so not fast ... *ponders* *wanders off to look at mcmillan*
