So I take it your going for about 6:28 then Anne?
Boo, you should stick to Anne because thats about what you should aim for...
I can pace that if you want, there should be a couple of people in that bracket.

You're good at the fast running though! I only seem to be capable of starting of at one speed when I try to run fast and it's one that gets me round 400m in about 1m30 and then leaves me about to die. So I'm hoping if I go a bit slower on the first lap I'll be able to keep it up for the next 3.

Well you said yourself that you reckon you could do a sub 6 for 1500 with the right pacing and that would be the same as a sub 6:30 mile...

6:28 or 6:30 or something would be lovely, yes, thanks Blister! I don't know if I'll manage it but at least if I know that's what you're doing I'll be able to tell how far behind I am.

John - if you can make it, please come along!!!
Ok. I am going to see how the next few days of training go, then I will decide if I go with Anne for 6.28, or stick it out for anything under 6.50.
