double LSR yeah on friday and saturday, don't mind running with the 5 min/mile group at 7 min mile pace if it pleases the fatties

Jnr may want pacing.... he wants to beat me again...... at havant open, it was close in 2 seperate races... Jnr clocked 6:08 and I 6:06 (my excuse was it was the week after FLM)....... so could be some father son agro...... (friendly competition... again...)

Well. I say "fine", I mean in terms of knowing how fast I'm going, not in terms of actually going as fast as I want to.
