Adbou - maybe we will finally meet - you've been at the last 2 races I did but I've not spotted you either time - unless you were the bloke who shouted 'Go Fetch' at me at about mile 25 of the Belfast marathon.

If that was a tall blonde bloke walking back down (the long, hellish) Ormeau Road with a couple of girls and a guy, it may have been me If so, see you again in a couple of weeks!

i've been trying to find time to do a mile as quickly as i can around greenwich park to see what kind of form i'm in but somehow always end up doing some other run instead.
dipped under 7 mins in december, looking to hit 6.30 this time........
(just been out for a run today and had to stop after 2.5 miles due to poorly left leg )

Gordon, I recently found that Dulwich Park has a loop 1700 metres long that's marked every 100 metres - it's flat, scenic and perfect for mile reps. Hope the leg heals though - don't take any chances.
