Wishing you a swift recovery RFJ.
Red Laura: a mile race on three weeks of running?! In some ways a flat out mile is harder than a 10K, so I'd say what you're doing is FAR more impressive than what some of us are trying.
It'll be great to meet you and see how you get on.

Have just been out for a naughty run.... advised not too, but after missing out on swimming was a tad angry so went for a run and whilst running was 99% pain free. (Not so though when walking, but that has been the same for the last 10 days or so.....)
So providing things dont worsen........!

Abdou has a finished garden, mine although able to accomodate many, is in middle of the (slow) process of killing all the japanese knotweed (100ftsq) removed, then all the brambles removed, and we are not down to pulling out the tufts of grass, ready to rotivate and reseed.
Basically, it'll be dusty mud and concrete, plus I've got to return the BBQ to it's owner as I'd rather not eat from it.
