I may attempt a sub 7:30 seeing as last one was freezing cold and really affected my lungs (* asthma). So all being well, working lungs and strong legs.........................:)

It's pushing your limit, not the actual time, that counts.
Perhaps we should have a spot prize for the Fetchie that seems to be trying the hardest, based upon the ugliest facial contortions made during the last hundred yards...
