The track looked great - partly cos today is gorgeous; hope it's like this in June - but it should be perfect for us
To get there from Ladywell station (the red circle on this map) is about a 3 minute walk: just go back through the little park, Ladywell Fields, parallel to the train track, until you see a 400m oval of orange rubber

I was really concerned and thought may have to opt out of this one.
Working Friday night till 2am, but in again sat night. So i had a dilemma I had no idea where Ladywell was in London but i should hopefully be up for this (Thanks for the message) coming in from Essex so this will be much better
