For those train users Ladywell station is oop the road from the track and a 10min journey overground from London Bridge. And your tube tickets will work as I believe it's zone 3. Easy Peasy.

If I confirm our 10-12 booking... Train from London Bridge at 9.28 will get you there for 9.40; the 9.45 gets in at 9.55 which should be fine too Train from Charing Cross at 9.36 gets you there for 9.55; the 9.17 gets you in at 9.40 with a change at London Bridge |

That should be fine as long as we don't plan on starting the races at 10:00am on the dot? It takes me 15-20 minutes to warm up properly plus I would need time to get changed.
