Anyway, if RWC is going to mail them that's cool, and if we get no response in a few days I can maybe cycle down to Kingsmeadow and see if turning up in person gets anything useful out of them.

Personally, I'd rather book something definite than have 60-odd people turn up and hit some unexpected obsticle that stops us running. So here's what I propose: I'll make a list over the next 7 days of all the London tracks for June 14th that are DEFINITELY available to us, either free or otherwise, and depending upon how many there are we can then make our decision. Sound OK to everyone? Jen J, thanks for your offer of doing some of the phone work. If the email response I get is poor or slow I'll let you know and give you a list of tracks to hunt down. BTW, if I find a track, does that mean you'll all let me win?!
