Guys - really sorry. Despite being on gardening leave I'm actually NOT sitting around at home, and just haven't had time.
Has anyone else got the time to try and sort something out on that day?
I think the view was that people wanted to keep the same day

Well, I can at least email ALL the other London tracks over the weekend, but it'll be too expensive for me to make a bunch of follow up phone calls.
But unless anyone else posts today, that's what I'll do.
See, I bought my plane tickets. I don't want to travel 5,000 miles and not have a track to run around!

RWC - I'm snowed under at the moment, but if you don't mind e-mailing the tracks (and copying me in) I can try and make some phone calls to follow up?
I'll fmail you my e-mail address.

If we can decide where we want to do it I'm happy to try and book (although I've never done it before and have no clue about this kind of thing so if someone who sounds a bit more like they know what they're talking about wants to do it I won't object).
What are the options then? What do people prefer?
- Kingsmeadow - Ladywell - Any others?
