DELIGHTED with my PB - it may have looked slow because I was a bit behind the sub-5's, but it was a 16 second PB If I train next time I might be able to keep up! The 100m was great fun - Abdou has got a calling... when does the plane leave for Beijing?! Sorry I couldn't stay for the pub, I was too busy trying not to fall off the bike. Managed a 20 mile ride this evening in the clip-ons and didn't fall over once
