I don't want to put anyone off, but it is highly likely I will turn up tomorrow.
Will aim for 6.20 mile, but it maybe wind assisted.

I did some practice intervals on a track last night. If I can do 6*400m all in less than 1:37 with about 90 to 100 second jogs in between while dodging chavs on bikes, does that mean I can do 4 in a row to get 6:30? If you could all say "yes, of course" that would be much appreciated.
