go on cobycobs, then I won't be the one with the most children! The track is quite safe, my 3 are a nightmare and the oldest is likely to wander off but the track is enclosed and there will always be plenty of us not running to keep an eye on the little darlings. The hungry horse is very child friendly, those that order kids meals get little boxes of colouring and puzzle thingies.

sorry, nightjar, you organise away m'dear. only thing missing off list is some sort of prizes for the kiddies/trophy for winners, sheet of paper and pen for writing down the finishing times?
I would prefer to go with the 8,6.30 and sub 6.30 as that puts me nicely into the middle group. :-)

I think I will opt for a shower too. After all it would be hours before I got home after t'pub.

My in laws have decided that they are going to come along and watch as well. So it is decided. I will not be competitive, my Mother in Law wil do that for me from the side lines.

I think the 10+ minute mile race is put in for me. I'm willing to run with the 8min milers instead if you want to cut it but you'll have to wait for me to finish or give me a head start.
