I can walk fine now, and it won't be too long before I'm running (couple of weeks at most I reckon). I'm in the capable hands of katieb for my rehab....... that reminds me, must do my exercises before bed!

The shops in bury are rubbish btw, lots of posh frock shops, pavement cafes but not many useful ones! saturday is market day though and that can be worth a look.

Just thinking about it - if we want to use a track are we going to have to pay? Can we approach this through a running club and make use of their access to a track? Track availability could also affect the date! Failing a track then a park with a decent path around it maybe? Perhaps we should stay focussed on the date for now. First date to reach the end of the line perhaps?... All finishers get a pint (or a soft drink if the prefer) on the finish line. Can't remember exactly where, but if you fmail me I'll find out - it's somewhere up near Boston.
