sounds good to me. 1 mile flat out sounds pretty horrible to me but should be interesting to see what time I can drag out.

Canary Yellow, the accessable parking is in the beetons way car park, the access from the college car park is awful. one mile flat out will be painful but the pain won't last long, fmail if you want to come to the pub for lunch after DrBob.

A mile is no problem, 800 metres is the killer.

For those that missed it before I'm willing to pace the first race at 8 min pace, second at 7 min pace and try for sub 6 in last race.

Can I run in the 08:00+ group and then race in the 06:30 group? Just to warm up the legs!

Willing to pace anyone aiming for sub 09:00.

Dithering about which to go for - fastest mile I've done was 8 mins, but I'm sure I can squeeze a bit more out and do it quicker. Trouble is, I will then be right at the back of the next group, which could be more demoralising than being at the front of the 8+ group ...

*frets pointlessly*

Trouble is, t3d, by the time I've done the first one I'll be too knackered to do another one soon afterwards. Also, I'm quite lazy ;-)
