Now admittedly, we perhaps don't want to get too carried away with planning but I wonder if we should have an idea of who is going to man the stop watches for each race. I'll man a watch for the first race (assuming we do the slower ones first). Would a list help?

My ambition was to get someone with experience to time keep but haven't confirmed anyone. Also need to decide how to identify people at the finish. I think I have a batch of spare race no.s from a club race. We could get people to take a number and enter their no. & name for the pace group they are running in. Then at the finish have a timekeeper & a number recorder like a normal race & match identity & times. Are you with me??!
