I have booked the greengage pub which is up a long hill from the track. part of the hungry horse chain. i have booked 30 for 1.30 but it doesnt matter if we are a bit late, should i move it till 2? just thought we will be done running by 1. they are going to send me menus so i will fmail them round, then we can prewarn them what we want so they make sure they have it all in. they asked if we wanted xmas menu but i figured that would be a pit pricier. usually you can get a main course for £6 ish and kids course for £3. the kids course are actually big enough for adults, the adults portions are enormous. They also do lighter bites too.

That would be good with the menus, as ordering 30 meals can take a while to be served.

Are we still having the silly races as well at the track?

blotts mate, I know you had a good plan for the main races, are we sticking with that? then the silly races after? also has anyone got any stopwatches? are there any rules we need to follow, how do we time/record etc. etc.

Plan was 3 adult races >8min miling <8min miling & <7min miling

400m race for youngsters. Not sure of the legal age lt for running a mile but youngsters who feel up to it are welcome to do the mile. The fun runs at the Friday 5s are all at least a mile.

Have asked Pete Golding to act as timekeeper. He gets back from Baghdad the week before & is happy to do it unless the family have planned something. Might ask Ken from BFH as a backup too.

Youngsters can do mile if they feel up to it
400m for the rest afterwards.
1.30pm sounds fine. I'll be Hank Marvin by then :) :)
