Agree that a timed mile would be good, maybe with a few "races" with different target times so people can help pace eachother (5-6mm, 6-7mm, 7-8mm, 8-9mm and 9+). Also a fun run would be great! NJ - maybe not a full santa suit but defo santa hats compulsory!
