Yeah, well I really hate running this kind of distance, but I know that I run around 7 m/m on my usual training runs, so it's a bit silly to imagine I'll do 7.30 on ONE mile. I have absolutely no idea how fast I'm going to go, but I don't want to be lapped by starting in a group that's too fast for me. LOL!

PS - can we have some rules then?
1) No lapping people! If you start in a group that is too slow, then tough. You should have been in a faster group.

Hay! I live in Walton! I'm currently down in Australia, but if there's any plans for a repeat from March onwards, let me know! (I can't drive, because I'm 'blind', but Stompond Lane is an easy jogette from my house). Have fun anyway!

Sunny now, no snow, bit windy and bloody cold
I'm going to get there early to do a few laps and see how my knee holds out, not holding out any hope though.

I may not make this - depends when DH gets home on time and he's not here yet. I can't really justify bringing the two girls out in the snow, though it's not actually settling here yet.
