Even though my knee is well and truly knackered, I might sneak myself into the 7:50 group to give John some company. Certainly not a good idea for me to try the sub 6 I originally had planned, otherwise I'll have to be carried home!

Sleeting here near Croydon! Just back from 6 and a half slow. South London Harriers overtook us in Oaks Park - friendly bunch - all said a cheery good morning to us. Looking forward to seeing you all later.:)

think i'm out of this now guys
Just been for 7 mile run and it was WINDY and snowing. The wind was so bad it slowed me by exactly 50 seconds over one mile (I ran out the mile and back the mile to see the difference, HR same - I am a geek).
Anyway, tired from yest XC, 7 miles done and therefore it's a no from me
I'll still be there with cow bell though
