Not sure I should make blueberry muffins we seem to have a lot of cake arriving
Maybe I bring a bottle of scotch and well have the drunken Mile ... everyone knocks back a neat scotch and then runs a mile.
That should ensure plenty of vom!
Ah well back to blueberry muffins then

hello, is there room for 2 more? Running Beer and I live in West London, so may pop along if that's ok?
We're both doing long runs in the morning tho, so not sure we'll be speeding round the mile!

Really - don't worry. I'm skipping dinner and breakfast to ensure I can stuff lots down so people aren't too offended.
"Another dozen muffins, Running Vicar? Need to put back what the run has taken out of you."
