Are they still taking a fortnight? When you place the order it says 2-5 days I believe. I placed my order on the 21st and it's still sitting there saying processing. *sadface* |

Arrived yesterday, thank you Katie. It's a question of managing expectation. If, when I place the order, it gives me an expected delivery of 2-5 days then at 2 days I'm looking eagerly at the post box, by 5 days I'm thinking "Well, they achieved worst case target", by the time it gets to 16 days it gives a very poor impression. If you said up front that deliveries could take 2-3 weeks then at 16 days I'm still going "Wahay!" instead of "Finally!". |

Sorry about that, and I take your point. However, the site is now very big, and it's still down to me to update every piece of copy that you see - so it's not always easy to be everywhere at once.
