My birthday is in March if it hasn't been posted yet Very pleased to see my FSS victims comments and how much they enjoyed their pressie though

The course was a wee bit short but I reckon in would've been a PB I was worried the socks were too big but they felt fine and obviously make me run faster than normal Hopefully the triathlon book will have the same affect and make me a champion triathlete. Hopefully QP's book doesn't have a similar effect - he's enough of a wally already

This is very disappointing particularly because I cannot find my certificate /proof of posting. I feel awful about it
