You could NEVER be held responsible for the post taking time to deliver prezzies and I dont imagine anyone being upset that they didnt arrive so dont ever feel responsible. You are our Santa Claus I will see how things pan out for me in my new job but I will seriously consider taking over, it would be blooming hard to follow in your footsteps but if you could offer a bit of guidance on where to start .....
