Fetch not displaying properly on my computer

Yeah - it's been on and off a few times to no avail.

Not loading at all on my iPad, I can bring up the website and when I go anywhere to navigate all I get it the blue loading flash and nothing else. Fetch works fine on my phone - which is not apple.
