Excellent Linds. I had plans to get myself back to the wall but then fell off my bike and bruised/cracked some ribs. No climbing for a few weeks. |

I'm doing a bouldering course with my climbing buddy. 3x 90 min 1:2 coaching. Had our first session a couple of weeks ago and already seeing a difference. Was very happy to get over a V3 overhang yesterday. |

Really good Linds Who knew you should read and plan your route first 😉 🤣 Seriously, learnt loads first session. Dynamic moves and heel hooks next time. We'd kind of got stuck at the same level. Knew what moves/techniques we needed to advance but not how to really do them. |
