I’m having virtual climbing sessions with my friend via FaceTime. We usually spend a good amount of time drinking tea as well as climbing. So we’re doing that bit. We’re saving the money we’d usually spend on brews to buy kit when it reopens. 😀 |

That sounds nice. They asked me at the blood donor session today whether I had any hazardous occupations like climbing. I said no, because I figured I won't be climbing for at least a month, and I'll have made up the blood by then

Paid membership right through too. It’s a fabulous place with great staff. I’d hate to see it fail as well as miss it like crazy. We figured that the tea money will be a win:win. Money in the till for them:nice kit for us |

They've stopped our membership fee while it's closed - but I think the Uni are probably in a different place (although still hemorrhaging money!) to smaller independent walls..... I'm reading a climbing book..... that's almost like climbing...... Tea drinking meetings sound good It's nearly a year since out climbing meet up! |
