Still very slow but did the big gorgeous loop from Dedham to Flatford and back. Even in the fog it is stunning The swim today was fkn freezin! But loved it water is very clear and no current so got a proper swim swim done Horrible here tonight. Freezing rain. But that means a lovely cozy chilled out night on the sofa relaxing

I may have briefly hit a pace of under 10minute miles last night. Now to get back to being able to run a half at that pace... Plan sounds like its going really well NSC! Am going to check out the Pretty Gritty thing..
