Oh fantastic! Well done you!! Slimming world worked for you that’s brilliant

I think for me I am a weight watchers die hard... I really love their new app. It’s like a daily bank account and so easy to use

When I dont use it I can see all my own pitfalls.

I can see really clearly what I need to change

We had such a rough time through spring and early summer with a berevement and another upsetting family emotional rollercoaster that I just hid away for a bit...

But now is the time to literally dust off and start the climb back up

I bet you do feel amazing, good for you!
That makes me smile 🙂

Ahh that’s nice of you to say, life is a fickle thing and downs come along sadly... then you got to get cracking again and realise you must come back up

Good to get this thread back up again

Hi everyone lovely to see you all popping back in! Glad I didn't kill it :-)

Sounds like you've been through the mill FRU. Felixstowe was/islovely - still remember that run we did along the sea front back in the day. That must have been about 12 years ago now! At least 11 years as I was pregnant 10 years ago....

Congrats on getting to goal as well Sarah!

I have been really stop start with exercise over lockdown - started with really good intentions for keeping the running up, but work has been absolutely insane over the summer (for no apparent reason - not like I work in a useful industry!), which has meant 12 hours a day at the computer and very little running or exercise.

But I have recently resigned (got a new job) and have taken my foot off the gas a bit, which has meant I've restarted Couch to 5 k. Not that running in this heat is pleasant, just glad I'm not darn sarf anymore!!!
